If your team members have returned to the office, our long-established in-person courses are available. We can deliver training in our offices in Cork or Dublin for groups of up to ten participants. We also provide onsite training nationwide in your premises. For IT courses, we can provide laptops for onsite training delivery, if required.
If your team members are working remotely, or your organisation is not allowing external visitors, virtual instructor-led training is a great solution to enable skills-transfer.
Upskilling through the use of remote training in the current situation is an option for organisations to support their teams with project-specific customised courses or to prepare for new roles and opportunities.
We have many years of experience in delivering training remotely via video conference. While there are many advantages to delivering training in a traditional classroom setting it is generally possible to achieve the same learning outcomes remotely.
